I’ve had a strangely nest-y weekend. I spent most of yesterday making new pillows for my living room, and sewing birds for this project. I think I’ll have to go back to Peapod next week to buy more fabric for more pillows. But for the rest of this afternoon, I’m going to make pickles.

I finally bought a frame for the Jake silhouette I cut ages ago. Four out of the five items on this wall are depictions of animals – this was completely unintentional. I also used a level to make sure Jake’s silhouette was hung correctly. Of course, now it makes all the other frames look crooked

I finally have new living room curtains. Actually, the curtains are the last of a list of “finallys.” This week, the hole in my ceiling was finally fixed, which spurred me to finally buy my new curtains.
