One of the sisters at my parents’ church gave this funny little instrument to me when she heard that I sell vintage items. She told my mom she’d had it for a long time and said that I could probably get good money for it. But I don’t want to sell it because (1) it’s way too cool-looking, and (2) I’d hate to sell an item that may be a nun’s only worldly possession. Plus, I realized that I now have a collection of obscure instruments – a kalimba from my dad, my cousins’ accordion, and now a little Eastern European (or German?) string instrument.
So, does anyone know what this little instrument is? Anyone?
I asked on Making Light, where all knowledge is found, and someone said it was likely to be a starovitska bandura.
Hi there, i read your blog from time to time and i own a similar
one and i was just wondering if you get a lot of spam responses?
If so how do you stop it, any plugin or anything you can advise?
I get so much lately it’s driving me crazy so any support is very much appreciated.
