Returns

For Wallpaper:

I will replace damaged or defective merchandise due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage or shipping error within 45 days of the date of purchase, as long as stock exists to fulfill the order. You must follow the return process below to request replacement merchandise. There is no return fee for defective, damaged or shipping error merchandise.
 

To return wallpaper:

Email me at hello@jenhewett.com to request a return authorization number.  Please state the order number in your e-mail. Once we accept your return request, you will be issued a return authorization number and a prepaid return label will be mailed to you. Please include in your return package, a copy of your original receipt with the return authorization number noted. If you choose not to wait for a prepaid return label, merchandise can be returned by any shipping method you choose to the address below.

When we have received your merchandise in unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card within 10-15 business days.

 

For Everything Else:

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

 

I don’t accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
 

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase so I’m happy to accept exchanges. Please contact me to let me know within seven days of receiving your item. All returns and exchanges must be in the same condition you received them. All payment will be refunded except for shipping and handling charges. Custom orders are excluded from refunds or exchanges.
