For Fabric:

 Precuts and cut fabric are not returnable, so please choose carefully.

For Everything Else:

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of contacting me

 

I don’t accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
 

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads

Returns and exchange details

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase so I’m happy to accept exchanges. Please contact me to let me know within 14 days of receiving your item. All returns and exchanges must be in the same condition you received them. All payment will be refunded except for shipping and handling charges. Custom orders are excluded from refunds or exchanges.
