Shipping policy
We ship all orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Most items are packaged and ready to ship - and if they are, we will ship your item the Tuesday or Friday after we receive your order. If we are out of stock of an item, we will send you an estimated ship date. Please let us know when ordering if you urgently need the item.
Please note ship dates for holiday pre-order items, and subscription programs, as specified on their respective listings.
I do not currently ship outside the US and Canada due to international shipping delays and package loss.
Canadian buyers - please note that we do ship your order the Tuesday or Friday after we receive your order but cannot guarantee delivery dates. Especially during the holidays, packages seem to get tied up in customs, which can delay delivery by up to a week. Please email us if you'd like Priority Shipping or International Tracking and we will add this charge to your invoice.
All items ship via US Mail unless otherwise specified (or requested). Everything is nicely and securely packed. Insurance and certified mail are also available. Please email us if you're interested in either.
Regarding customs: we are required by law to include an accurate customs declaration on most international shipments. Please do not ask us to falsify the customs declaration. You may be required to pay customs duties to your country's mail service in order to receive your package.
