I went to Arizmendi to buy a cookie last night, somehow volunteered to help out because they were short-staffed, performed various (and very important) bakery tasks, and drew this sign – with smelly markers, at that. Yes, they gave me some free cookies, but I was more excited about the chance to draw a sign which will be seen by the public. By the entire, bakery-going Inner Sunset! So, yeah. I’m, like, famous. But I promise not to ever forget those who’ve helped me get to where I am today.
